Defendants Cleared of Stealing Over $200,000.00

On March 13, 2019, Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed its case with prejudice against the Defendants, wherein they claimed the Defendants stole over $200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Dollars).

The trial started on March 12, 2019, with two of the Plaintiffs witnesses taking the stand.  After a thorough cross-examination by Mario M. Blanch, Esq., which was called “the greatest I’ve ever seen” and done with “surgical precision” the Plaintiffs decided to voluntarily dismiss their case.

On cross-examination, the first Plaintiff took the Fifth Amendment when asked if the money he was claiming came from drug proceeds.  The second witness on cross-examination admitted that she may have committed tax fraud.

Rather than continue facing cross-examination, the Plaintiffs called it quits in the middle of trial.
